I do think that would be considered as ‘rough kissing’ but there also can be more to it.
I think it really depends on who you’re trying to kiss. I wouldn’t kiss someone on the first date because that’s moving a bit too fast but a second or third date is alright. You should make sure that they won’t reject your kiss too. Go around to their friends if they’re a girl and ask around about how she feels about you. If it’s a guy…well….I don’t think that’d go over so well. But, that’s my opinion. If you want to kiss someone then you kiss them.
Yes; I actually love that because it shows that you’re not afraid of what they’ll think. Her dad may not love it so much but he’ll have to get used to it.

You don’t be a pussy about it. You don’t make it awkward like you’re about to give your grandma a kiss before leaving her house. If it’s your first kiss with this person then make it really memorable too. I think you should be really bold with it like…make is really spontaneous but make sure that this person has feelings for you before kissing them.
Kiss him! What better way to have a first kiss than to also have it be a New Year’s kiss? When the clock strikes midnight, just grab him and kiss him quickly.

How long have you know him? Hang out with him outside of school and without anybody else there so that he’ll have no choice but to be solely focused on you. Don’t be shy to make your move because the guy won’t always do it. I would however make sure that he feels something towards you too before you make an idiot out of yourself.
Some girls are just really really shy and/or don’t like being touched. My guess is that she’s shy though and doesn’t really know how to react so she dodges all of it. If you know for a fact that you like her then talk to her about it. I for one have dodged kisses and gone for a hug before running off frankly because I didn’t think it was the right time or I was just WAYYYY too chicken for it. Some girls get uncomfortable with it, especially ones with hardly my experience or none at all. There’s also a chance that she may like you but just wants to stay friends with you.
